Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that each order is handmade and may take time to create.

Orders will ONLY be shipped on Monday-Wednesday in order to ensure your products will not sit in transit over the weekend.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Once the package is delivered Sensuous Wicks is NOT responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.
